Nash 19, now an institution, located in the heart of Cork’s business district, a stones throw from the English Market, established in 1992.
At 6:30am, on a lonely Princes Street, the smell of buttermilk scones baking, bacon sizzling and fresh coffee kicks off the day. Doors open at 7:30 am with true Irish hospitality.
Nash 19 product range is based on the principle of simple food prepared and cooked to perfection.
The restaurant located at the rear of the premises evolves into a class of its own serving lunch from 12-3:30 full table service or fancy a queue to choose a lighter lunch be our guest.
The shop is full of everything from soup to hand made suppers, all produced in our onsite kitchens.
A collection of other Good Food Ireland producers exhibit in the shop. We act as a platform for smaller artisan producers in the Cork area.
